  We are seeking a self motivated and enthusiastic person to become a member of our reservations team.
  The successful applicant will need to posses excellent customer service and communication skills. Have the ability to multi-task, have good telephone manner, initiative and computer skills.
  The position would involve the following:
  o        Dealing with customers enquiries and direct reservations
  o        Inputting reservations generated through web sites / Travel Agents
  o        Updating inventory and pricing on web sites.
  o        Administration Duties
  o        Support the reception desk as required

• Receptionist - 20/04/2009
  Start Date: May 09
  We are seeking a self motivated and enthusiastic person to become a member of our Front Office team.
  The successful applicant will need to posses excellent customer service and communication skills. Have the ability to multi-task, have good telephone manner, initiative and computer skills.
  The position would involve the following:
  o        Dealing with customers enquiries and direct reservations
  o        Complete guests check in etc on our computerised front desk systems in a timely manner
  o        Is interested in meeting new people and ensuring they enjoy their stay with us
  o        Is a good team player, assists others without being asked.
  o        Has a reasonable knowledge of the Northern Territory to assist guests with tour bookings
  o        Works under pressure when the desk is busy

• Night Auditor – 20/04/09

   We require a night owl to join our reception team.  This person would be doing all the above duties of a receptionist as well as specific night audit duties.

  o         This will include the following additional duties

  o        Reconciliation of daily paper work for Melaleuca on Mitchell and Value Inn

  o        Checking for discrepancies of daily work

  o        Completing change over of day on the computer system

   

• Casual Cleaners  
  Start Date: May -June 09
  We are looking for hard working people, who have an eye for detail and a winning attitude. This position includes cleaning private room, dormitories and communal areas in both properties.
